- Paracetamol acts on the hypothalamus to produce an antipyretic effect, as fever develops when the hypothalamus is set to a higher-than-normal temperature.
- Paracetamol may work peripherally to block pain impulse generation; may also inhibit prostaglandin synthesis in CNS

- Adults, elderly and children over 12 years: Take 1 sachet every 4 to 6 hours as needed. Do not exceed taking the medication for more than 4 times a day.
- Do not give Paracetamol/Phenylephrine hydrochloride/Vitamin C to children below 12 years of age.
- Start by emptying the powder content of one sachet into a cup, fill with hot water and then star stirring the mixture until dissolved. You can sweeten the mixture if preferred with sugar or honey.
- Do not take for more than 5 days or a higher dose than recommended.
