Instruction of use:

• Put the belt around your waist and make sure that the four supportive splints are on each side of the spine.
• Apply the desired compression on the abdomen and close the hook & loop tape to the front area.
• Pull the elastic straps from each side to apply more compression and close to the front area.

When to use:

• If there is muscle stiffness or strains.
• If there is low back pain or osteoporosis.
• Don't use if allergic to rubber latex. 
• Don't wear if heat generating ointments have been applied.
