Instruction of use:

• Open the straps & put the foot through the brace.
• Put the heel inside the designed heel area.
• Close the straps after adjusting the brace to the desired compression.

When to use:

• If there are swelling and pain in the ankle.
• If there is an ankle sprain.
• Don't use if allergic to rubber latex. 
• Don't wear if heat generating ointments have been applied
