Method Of Administration Of Ensure, Nutrivigor Powder

• Always take this product exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you.
• Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
• For one 230 ml serving, pour approximately 190 ml of warm water into a container and gradually add 6 level scoops (a scoop is included in the can) of 54.1 g of Ensure Nutrivigor.
• Stir or shake thoroughly to dissolve the powder.
• One can contain 400 g yields approximately 8 (230 ml) servings.
• Recommend two servings per day
• Doses may be changed in special conditions so always follow your doctor's or pharmacist's instructions.
• If you take more than you should, talk to a doctor or go to the hospital straight away.
• If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as you remember it unless it is nearly time for your next dose.
