Mechanism Of Action Of Contractubex Gel

  • The transparent Contractubex Gel contains active ingredients that support the healing process inside the skin, regulating the production of scar tissue and working to positively influence scar formation.
  • It also has anti-inflammatory and bactericidal properties and prevents the formation of excessive scar tissue.

 

Therapeutic Indications Of Contractubex Gel

  • The gel is used for the treatment of various types of scars after the wounds have healed.
  • The gel inhibits the growth of scar tissue and softens scar tissue.
  • The gel also reduces redness, swelling and pain (anti-inflammatory).

 

Method Of Administration Of Contractubex Gel

  • Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you.
  • Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
  • Apply a thin layer of the product to your skin and gently massage until absorbed.
  • Apply it once to several times daily as required.
  • Always use the dosage described in the leaflet or as prescribed by your doctor.
  • First, the area to be treated should be cleaned with water. Then, the gel can be applied to a clean dry skin. Massage the gel into the scar and the surrounding skin using a circular motion. Allow the gel to dry for 4–5 minutes.
  • When the gel has dried, you can apply cosmetics if desired.
