Mechanism Of Action Of Dexpanthenol

• The active substance dexpanthenol, Pro-Vitamin B5, is converted in the skin cells into the vitamin pantothenic acid.
• This active ingredient helps skin to grow, restores its healthy look, and stimulates its regeneration
• Dexpanthenol is used as a moisturizer to treat or prevent dry, rough, scaly, itchy skin and minor skin irritations (such as diaper rash, and skin burns from radiation therapy).
